BarCamp is biggest technology event taken place in several provinces in Cambodia. During 19-20 October 2013, the event is taken place at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia with around 3500 participants coming and sharing their expertise in different fields of technology. I am one of the speakers sharing about "how to publish information through the use of Interactive Voice Response System" to the NGO and students who are interested in this topic.
